DBZ: Supreme Kai of Time

I got an anonymous request a little while ago to draw the supreme kai of time. The TIMING is hilarious as I happen to currently be playing the living daylighting out of xenoverse. I usually don't like fighting games but this one is AMAZING.

Also it's dragonball. What's not to love?

Anyway, this isn't the request exactly but I wanted to at least try and draw the supreme Kai of time... She looks a bit... Serious.
